New Members
To register to the Standard Plan, please complete the information below and confirm your agreement to our current terms of use and privacy policy. Your username cannot be changed once you are registered (using your email address as your username is permitted). Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email and will see the Standard Plan subscription listed in your ‘My Account’ page (accessible via the menu once logged in).
Existing Members
You must log into your existing account before proceeding. If you are currently on a different subscription plan, this process will upgrade/downgrade you to the Standard Plan and you will have access to the Standard Plan benefits.
Corporate Codes
If you have been issued a Corporate Code, click “Have a coupon?” in the form below and enter the code. The code will be applied once you click ‘Sign up’. This code will bypass the payment stage as billing is handled separately by your organisation. Please refer to our terms of use and privacy policy and the relevant sections about using corporate codes.
Offer Codes
If you have an offer code, click “Have a coupon?” in the form below and enter the code. This will apply the offer once you click on the ‘Sign up’ button.
General
We use Stripe as our payment provider. To ensure the VAT is applied correctly for your location, a full address is required (state/province box for UK users would be the county e.g. West Yorkshire). If you have any problems registering or have a general query before registering, please contact us.
